PERWOLL X COPENHAGEN FASHION WEEK

As part of Perwoll’s sustainability-driven #RethinkNew campaign, Copenhagen Fashion Week hosted a standout second-hand runway event at the iconic Langelinie Pavilion. The show aimed to redefine what “new” means in fashion — spotlighting pre-loved clothing styled in bold, modern ways.

SCORING THE RUNWAY

For this production, THVNDR composed and produced 15 unique pieces of music, each crafted to match the distinct style and personality of a featured influencer. The influencers represented over ten countries, and their fashion choices spanned everything from avant-garde streetwear to classic couture.

To reflect the variety of outfits and personalities, we created a sonically diverse collection of tracks, including pop, house, urban, electronic, techno, and even orchestral arrangements inspired by the Golden Age of film. Each piece gave the runway moment its own identity, transforming the show into a global audio-fashion mosaic.

A BOLD FASHION SHOW EXPERIENCE

The music was used live on-site as the foundation for a dynamic lighting and video show. The choreography of models, lights, projections, and sound amplified the runway experience and captivated both the audience and participants. THVNDR’s compositions played a key role in reinforcing the event’s core message: that second-hand fashion can be expressive, bold, and high-end. The music celebrated individuality, cultural identity, and style, proving that sustainability and creativity can go hand in hand.
